General Conditions of Sale, NCT MEDIA
Article 1: Scope of Application
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the NCT MEDIA network. "Client" refers to any natural or legal person placing a validated order via our secure payment platform.
Article 1a: Age Limit
NCT MEDIA only accepts clients over 16 years old for digital products, and over 18 years old for services (coaching, workshops, seminars). Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately refunded and access to the product or service will be revoked.
Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a site belonging to NCT MEDIA implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article 3: Price
Prices are indicated in US dollars (USD). For customers based in the European Union, applicable VAT will be added at checkout in accordance with European regulations. The price of items may change at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that displayed at the time the order is placed.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Apple Pay. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment is processed by Stripe. Transmitted information is encrypted and cannot be read during transport. Security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe.
Article 5: Delivery of Digital Products
All products sold by NCT MEDIA are digital. Upon confirmed payment, access to your product will be delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly. NCT MEDIA cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address.
Article 6: Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, except for the following:
Ebook: You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at admin@10xecution.store. No refund will be issued after this period.
All other digital products: No refund will be issued under any circumstances once access has been granted.
Article 7: Protection of Personal Data, RGPD
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

All clauses in these general conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions referred to herein, are subject to French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
